Trainee in Elkem

Elkem's 2 year trainee program emphasizes on personal and professional development through challenging work assignments and projects, personal mentor and individual development plan. For skilled and motivated candidates, the program will form a good basis for further development opportunities in the company.
When and where do I apply?
The application deadline for admission to the 2013 program has expired. The application deadline for 2014 is 4 November. You can apply online from September/October, when the job ad is posted on our vacant positions page.
Qualifications required for the position
- Master of Science with great academic results, preferably within materials technology, inorganic chemistry, cybernetics, product development & production, nanotechnology or physics
- Excellent cooperation skills
- Initiator and accountable
- Flexible when it comes to tasks and mobility
