Elkems Trainee Programme recruits highly educated graduates to key positions in order to develop future leaders and maintain the companys leading position within its core activities. For 2010 we co-ordinate our Trainee Programme with Alcoa Norway.
The recruitment for 2010 has started
As a trainee in Elkem/Alcoa, you will get opportunities, challenges and responsibility from the start of your career, and you will actively influence your own development. After the Trainee Programme, you will be offered a position within the company.
We are looking for Master Graduates who can fill a position within the following areas:
Mechanical Engineering/Maintenance
Metallurgy/Metal Science
Cybernetics
Chemical Engineering/Process Chemistry
Technical Physics
Electrical Engineering

- An introductory seminar
