Holiday Greeting from the North

The holiday season is creeping up on us, and as I am North of the Polar Circle (and thus very close to Santa Claus) I see it as my duty to compose a holiday greeting. So, no complicated words in this post, only pictures of beautiful nature, cute animals and SNOW!

"View from the top of Storsteinfjellet."

"View from Storsteinfjellet. See that narrow part with the sea at both sides? I live down there somethere. :)"

"06:48 Delivered my car at a garage close to work and walked the rest of the way beholding the sunrise."

NOVEMBER - Bodø city

"Wonderful asian cookin at OHMA."

"View from the skybar at the hotel "Scandic Havet"."

DECEMBER - Around the block

"Elkem Salten a sleepy morning."

"View from my weekly strolls around "Erikstad", the area where I live."

"Beautiful pastel colours at the public beach."

"Getting the warm Christmas feeling looking out the window."

"Let me just get my car. Oh, wait..."

"A blacklit red fox on a ridge. He didn't say a thing."

"Yay! Reindeer at "Saltfjellet". One step closer to finding Santa."

"This little fellow (a rabbit) greeted me as I left work one day. He was waiting for winter and snow, already dressed in his winter coat."

There is also a large population of sea eagles here. The other day I saw 4 sea eagles on my way home from work.

I wish you all ahappy holidau season.

Best regards from
