Business Development Manager-HPC, Asia Pacific
As our new Business Development Manager – HPC, Asia Pacific based at our Singapore office, you will have the responsibility for the business development in HPC market.
Most important areas of responsibility:
- Responsible for Puresil Specialties promotion at Asia, focus on MNCs & big local cosmetics manufacturers (Amore Pacific, LG, Shiseido …)
- Technical seminar (online & offline) & exhibitions, especially for Specialties promotion & company brand awareness
- Work with Asia R&D to define new product development needs
- Work closely with global BDM & regional Technical Service team on developing sales tools & organize regular training to sales team & distributors
- Direct SEA & Japan/Korea sales team on defining local market development plan, distribution network optimization & distributor training & coaching
Qualifications/Skills required for the position:
- Bachelor degree or above in Chemical / Material Science related field preferred
- MBA will be a plus
- Minimum 5-year experience in Sales / Technical Service / Marketing role at MNC Personal Care companies who supply raw materials to HPC industry
- Fluent in English and Chinese speaking
- Good in English writing and ability to prepare English reports and presentation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Good teamwork player
- Good communication and presentation skill
- Willing to take challenge
- Result-driven & can take initiatives
- Innovation mindset will be a plus
The position reports to Regional Market Manager and works in our Singapore office. Domestic/international business travel is required.
