Customer Service Representative

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for TOTAL ORDER PROCESSING from sampling to final delivery of products to customers in Asia-Pacific countries.

 

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in any disciplines
  • 5 years or above working experiences in customer service environment and preferably in multi-national company related to chemical industry
  • With practical freight forwarding, L/C, shipping, banking document handling experiences
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin
  • Proficient in MS office especially in MS Excel and Access. Possess practical experience in SAP 
  • Ability to work under time pressure with minimum supervision
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
