Digital Experience Platform Expert (F/M)

Report to CX CoE director, your mains tasks are :

- Drive DXP related initiatives (customer portals, eCommerce, Product Information Management (PIM)… as part of CX roadmap within Elkem, such as new project, continuous improvements and maintenance, acting as Products Owner

- Implement and secure internal and external users’ adoption, training and roll-out

- Work in close cooperation with stakeholders to facilitate alignment and knowledge sharing across all divisions

- Ensure best in class data quality, interfaces with 3rd party systems and well defined processes

 

Profile:

- Master’s degree in Marketing or IT (or similar)

 

Experience required:

- Work experience in digital marketing / DXP field for 5 to 10 years minimum

- Strong experience in DXP, CMS, PIM, eCommerce as product owner or project manager

- Strong skills in defining processes, improving data quality and analytics

- Change Management spirit and mindset with experience in support, training, maintenance

 

Other requirements (languages, certificates etc.):

- Fluent in English, both written and verbal

- Traveling is required (occasionally)
