PSRA senior engineer APAC

Job Description:主要职责描述

• Working for OSCAR regulatory database, provide APAC OSCAR training and provide regulatory statement with professional review Good level of process supports and quality results for production
• Application regulations follow up including industry regulation like ROHS, SVHC, etc. and also food contact, cosmetics regulation, etc. Support Basel, Polysil, Shanghai products are regulatory compliance.
• Review regulatory and coordinate when 3rd party testing is needed. Coordinate with related test labs with routine review on their qualification.

• Education 教育背景：

Minimum of an Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field: chemistry, biology, toxicology, engineering or related field.

Basic chemistry skills related to product chemistry

• Special knowledge/Skills 特别技能及知识：

Strong verbal and written communication skills to enable effective global and regulatory agency interaction.

Ability to work effectively with business and technical contacts as well as trade association personnel.

Team player with ability for strong individual contribution

Excellent interpersonal skills. Able to work, lead, and manage across functions in a global organization with matrix reporting structure.

• Related Experience 相关经历：

Long-term experience in chemical product safety/risk management, product stewardship, regulatory compliance and/or other applicable discipline.

5-7 years of related experience

Knowledge of silicone chemistry is desirable.

Extensive working knowledge of chemical regulation including hazardous chemical, food, cosmetics, medical related application requirement. Clear understanding and problem-solving skill.

Good training skill to present clear and comprehensive both in English and Chinese.

Working knowledge of MS Office or other PC software to enable effective use of computer software and tools.
