We are currently looking for a Digital Transformation Specialist at our York, SC location.  Successful candidates will be motivated by hands-on process automation projects which directly impact efficiency and productivity. 

DESCRIPTION

The objective of the Digital Transformation Specialist position is to technically support the global and regional operations digitalization strategy by driving the full cycle implementation of projects that include, but are not limited to, re-engineering business processes with automation, building advanced data analytics, enhancing system platforms, or implementing new systems and applications. 

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Engineering or related field required.
• Broad knowledge and highly skilled in digital tools and capabilities (ie. Inductive IGNITION, SAP, PowerBI, Microsoft Office, Microsoft SQL Server, PYTHON, etc.)
• Familiarity with systems and processes in a manufacturing environment (ie. ERP, MES, Mobility, Barcoding, Warehouse management, product labeling)
• Knowledge and experience with coding in computer programming languages
• Excellent presentation skills, copy writing skills, experience presenting to all levels in an organization and exacting attention to detail
• Strong time/project management and delivery skills and ability to adapt to multiple and shifting priorities
• Demonstrable change management experience
• Familiarity with industry standards (cGMP, ISO)
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally on a periodic basis (<10%).
