Customer Experience Manager

This is a great opportunity to join Elkem Carbon in our strive to bring Customer Experience (CX) to a higher level.

The CX Manager will be responsible for a broad scope of activities, helping the organisation becoming more customer focused and improving customer interfaces. Several improvement initiatives will be carried out in close cooperation with other Elkem divisions. The position reports to VP Commercial in Elkem Carbon.

Areas of responsibilities:

  • Drive and implement CX initiatives
  • Implement and secure user adoption for Sales Cloud (Customer Relationship Management system) for Elkem Carbon as part of a global Elkem-project
  • Ensure that Sales Cloud users are properly educated and trained
  • Work in close cooperation with the CX Center of Excellence and facilitate best practice and knowledge sharing across all Elkem divisions
  • Drive and facilitate value-based selling
  • Develop and implement our branding strategy

Required qualifications:

  • Commercial and/or IT education at Bachelor level or higher (or other relevant)
  • Fluent English, both written and oral
  • Strong user skills in Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience within sales/marketing, consulting or IT related
  • Positive and flexible attitude
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience from implementation of business systems, in particular CRM is an advantage
  • Travelling is required
