Elkem Foundry Products at FENAF 2019, Brazil

From 17-20 September 2019, Elkem attends the key tradeshow exhibition for foundry industry in South America, FENAF 2019 and brings to Brazil the general manager for Tenbloc® production, Steve Carter.

Elkem, one of the leading suppliers of alloys & inoculants for the metallurgical industry will attend the key tradeshow for the market in South America, FENAF 2019 in São Paulo, Brazil.  During this edition, besides the whole sales, technical services and marketing teams, Elkem will also have a visit of Steve Carter, General Manager for the production plant of Tenbloc®, located in the United Kingdom.

The product, which today belongs to the premium range of inoculants, was added in 2018 when Elkem acquired TM Technology Ltd in the United Kingdom. Tenbloc® consists of a unique in the mould inoculant block which provides consistent, reliable and cost-effective inoculation for ductile and grey irons.

Tenbloc® is manufactured by a unique powder metallurgical method, giving very accurate dimensions and weights. The blocks are produced in either cylindrical or taper shape, in the weight range from 5 g to 500 g.

Elkem goes further than excellent products and offers technical assistance to recommend the best product and the most appropriate for the customers’ process. Also, since 2018, Elkem increased its’ offering potential in South America with the new production plant in Paraguay.

Elkem will be at booth B12, from September 17 to 20th, in Pro Magno eventos, São Paulo/ Brazil.
