Elkem Silicones will be highlighting the SILCOLEASETM solventless thermal products for high-speed applications and filmic liners at Labelexpo Americas 2022 September 13-15 in Chicago, IL
Elkem Silicones will feature several SILCOLEASETM solventless thermal products that provide a flat release and work well with applications which run at high converting or coating speeds. Another SILCOLEASETM product being introduced in the solventless thermal range works well with applications that require a filmic liner where anchorage is an issue. Solventless thermal is the dominant release technology used in the pressure sensitive label industry, and these products offer the most efficient thermal curing profile. This provides the flexibility to allow lower temperature operation, increase throughput, or reduce Platinum catalyst dosing.
