Come see our team to learn about our solutions for Hybrid and Electric Vehicle Batteries

Come see our team to learn about our solutions for Hybrid and Electric Vehicle Batteries as we celebrate 35 Billion BEV miles driven and counting…protected by Elkem Silicones with zero failures.

Elkem ASA will be at the International Battery Seminar March 28-31, 2022 in Orlando, FL. Our technical teams will be showcasing  Silgrain® e-Si grade silicon powders and specialized silicone solutions for battery applications including thermal insulation for battery protection and EV cables. The International Battery Seminar is the premier event for energy storage technology, developments for consumer, automotive, military, and industrial applications.

During the seminar this year, R&D Manager Bridget Deveney of Vianode, an Elkem company, will be giving a presentation Localizing the Supply of Anode Materials for a Sustainable Robust Value Chain.  This presentation will discuss Vianode's production of high volume competitive anode materials with state of the art performance supporting the battery industry outside of Asia. The Vianode production in Norway offers a substantial improvement in efficiency and sustainability. Learn more during the discussion taking place March 29th at 10:45 AM.

At Elkem Silicones, we are playing an active role in developing next generation materials for battery technology. We will be featuring our diverse product range from:
