Dachuan Dong is Vice President of Bluestar and has held a number of leadership positions within the Sinochem Group, including Deputy General Manager of the Human Resources Department at Sinochem Petroleum Co., Ltd. and for the Energy Division at Sinochem Group.

He has also held leadership roles in the Quanzhou Ethylene Project Department and Sinochem Petrochemical Sales Co., Ltd. He has served as General Manager of the Human Resources Department at Sinochem Energy Co., Ltd. and Deputy General Manager of China National Bluestar (Group) Co., Ltd.

Dachuan Dong is currently a board member of China National Bluestar (Group) Co., Ltd. He holds a master’s degree in social security studies from Renmin University of China.
