Grace Tang

Grace Tang has more than 30 years of experience with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in Silicon Valley, Hong Kong and China, overseeing audits of both listed and unlisted companies in Hong Kong, China, the USA and other jurisdictions.

She has extensive expertise in auditing, corporate governance, financial reporting and international operations, and has worked closely with companies in industry, technology and life sciences.

Since 2009 she has been a professor at Guanghua School of Management at Beijing University, where she teaches accounting, auditing and career development. She also teaches international students at Beijing Foreign Studies University.

Grace Tang holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Utah and an MBA from Utah State University. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the United States and a certified member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Tang was appointed as a member of Elkem’s board in April 2021.
