SioxX®-Flow
Designed to work as a multi-functional microsilica dispersant, for aluminosilicate LCC, ULCC and NCC, giving customers freedom to fine-tune their products with other additives (accelerators, retarders, etc.). It enhances the rheological properties, reduces the water demand and increases the flow. Suitable also for shotcreting.
By combining both SioxX®-Flow and SioxX®-Set products, setting can be controlled. SioxX®-Flow product will also work in combination with Silica-Sol (colloidal silica) in NCC to control flow, working and setting time.When used in silica-sol systems a separate gelling agent needs to be added.
SioxX®-Set
Designed for undispersed systems mainly for NC gunning mixes. Can also be used for LC and ULC gunning. In castables and shotcrete (dispersed systems) SioxX®-Set can be used as accelerating agent.
SioxX®-Ten / SioxX®-Ten PLUS
SioxX®- Ten and SioxX®- Ten PLUS are primarily designed for ultra low cement alumina-based or microsilica-gel bonded no-cement castables.
SioxX®- Ten mainly works at the range of 800-1100ºC, while SioxX®- Ten PLUS is recommended to work at the range of 600-900ºC.
Both of them enhance the rheological properties, reduce the water demand, increase the flow, control the working and de-moulding time, help develop high green strength as well as high strength at the indicated working range of temperature.
SioxX® Mag

Boron carbide (B4C) is a dark grey–black material comprising 76.5–78 wt% boron, with an exceptional hardness that is only exceeded by diamond and cubic boron nitride.
Fusireps™ FS-99
Fused silica FS-99 is obtained by melting a high purity form of silica by electrical fusion and cooling the melt sufficiently fast to avoid crystallization (amorphous Silica). Afterwards it is classified in different grades.

Metallurgical Silicon is ladle refined Silicon of minimum 99%* purity. It is highly versatile and is used as alloying material to aluminium metal and as raw material in both silicone production and production of high purity silicon (solar and electronic) and other industrial applications.

Drilling fluids
Micromax®
Elkem MICROMAX® is a high-performance weighting agent for drilling and cementing fluids. It is both the size and shape which contributes to its unique properties. Unlike other weighting agents like barite which are milled and thus have angular morphology and wide PSD, MICROMAX® has spherical morphology and is produced in its finished form.
MaxformTM
MAXFORM is a suspension of MICROMAX® in saturated potassium formate, producing a slurry of 19.2 ppg (2.30 SG). Higher density slurries are also available, and has been successfully tested to 22 ppg (2.62 SG) at 220 °C.
ESM D2™ Water based deflocculant
ESM D2™ is an acrylic co-polymer deflocculant for water-based drilling fluids. ESM D2™ offers excellent dispersion of Micromax®, Microdense® and other weighting agents such as barite, especially for high density applications.
Microdense®
MICRODENSE® is a specially selected, high density, micronized ilmenite (iron titanium oxide, FeTiO), applicable for drilling and cementing operations. The usage of MICRODENSE® ensures improvement in rheological properties and enhancement in fluids recovery at shakers and less dilution required to maintain properties as the high hardness of the MICRODENSE® particles prevents creation of fines in the fluid system.
Cementing
Micromax® FF
Elkem MICROMAX® FF is the non-dusting and free-flowing version of MICROMAX®. It is a high performance weighting agent for cementing fluids. MICROMAX® can be used in a wide range of applications, including aqueous and non-aqueous drilling and completion fluids.
Microlatex
Microlatex is the first choice of additives for blocking gas migration during the cement setting transition state. In addition to blocking gas migration, it is a liquid latex additive used as a general fluid loss additive in cement slurries
Microlite®P
MICROLITE® P is a dry amorphous, spherical microsilica. It is pozzolanic and creates extra binder phases resulting in lower set-cement permeability. MICROLITE®P acts as an extender, lowering the cement slurry density and enhances the compressive strength.
Microlite®D
MICROLITE® D is a dry amorphous, spherical microsilica. MICROLITE® D is made of aggregates that will redisperse under shear. It is pozzolanic and creates extra binder phases resulting in lower set-cement permeability. MICROLITE® D acts as an extender, lowering the cement slurry density and enhances the compressive strength. MICROLITE® D has a higher bulk density than MICROLITE® P making easier to move pneumatically and logistically interesting.
Microlite® L
MICROLITE® L is a slurry of amorphous, spherical microsilica with high surface area. It is pozzolanic and creates extra binder phases resulting in lower set-cement permeability. It provides important properties as zero free water, low fluid loss, low viscosity, early strength development, high compressive strength, improved bonding, stable cement slurry and corrosion resistance to the cementing fluids.
Microblock®
MICROBLOCK® is a slurrified/liquid multifunctional microsilica with high surface area. It is specially processed and with quality-controlled particle size distribution (PSD). The specific characteristics of MICROBLOCK®, its small particle size, pozzolanic reactivity and surface area more than 20 m²/g, make the product an effective gas migration control additive.
Cenospheres
Cenospheres are hollow spheres that are added to the cement slurry to reduce the slurry density to low levels where water in combination with conventional extenders fail to achieve the required properties.
S-Lite 46
The high performance hollow glass microspheres provides excellent advantages of light weight, lower thermal conductivity, higher compressive strength, improved dispersion, and liquidity, and excellent chemical stability. S-Lite 46 can be used as filler in well cementing to achieve ultra-light weight slurry with a density as low as 7.00 ppg (0.84 SG).
MD-14 Defoamer
MD-14 is designed for use as a defoamer for cement, drilling and completion fluids to help prevent foaming and air entertainment caused by additives.
Stimulation
ACI-60 (HT) - Acid Corrosion Inhibitor
ACI-60 is a synergistic blend of organic nitrogen compounds, acetylenic alcohols and surfactants. This product provides corrosion inhibition by forming a protective film on metal surfaces.
HEC - 10 Gelling Agent
HEC-10 is a linear, non-ionic, polymer used in viscosifying the water-based fluids used in well stimulation, coiled tubing, clean-outs, completions, and workovers operations. Its main purpose is to provide a stable fluid and prevent settling. It is also used as foam stabilizer in water-based foam fluids.
SLV-80 Mutual Solvent
SLV-80 is a multifunctional non-ionic agent that is soluble in oil and acid as well as fresh water and brines. SLV-80 is more effective than most surface-active agents in water wetting, preventing emulsions and in minimizing particle plugging.
VES-1000 Visco-Elastic Surfactant
VES-1000 is a polymer free, surfactant-based acid gellant designed for use in self-diverting acidizing applications in oil and gas wells.
