Business Analyst

We are looking for talent for our trainee program. You will join Elkem's Corporate Business Support (CBS) department for our graduate program as a business analyst.

CBS functions as an internal consulting team that is responsible for financial processes, analyzes, as well as solving business challenges from our factories across the globe.

If you have strong analytical skills, are interested in finance and digitalization, and are passionate about driving the world in a more sustainable direction, you may be the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

• Analysis of monthly and quarterly business performance

• Business analysis for decision support

• Drive performance management, KPIs follow-ups

• Coordinate forecasts, budget work and strategy processes

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of models, processes, and routines in Elkem

• You may work closely with one of our Norwegian plants with assigned tasks as part of the training

Qualifications required for the position:

• Five years of higher education in business administration / finance / industrial economics

• Excellent professional results and a maximum of two years' work experience

• Geographical mobility

• A desire to develop both professionally and personally

• Excellent communication skills in English and Norwegian
