The first product in the Leap™ portfolio is FeSi Leap™ (FeSi75), a low-carbon ferrosilicon solution supported by the industry's first EPD for a FeSi75 product, providing full cradle-to-gate environmental transparency.
Produced at Elkem Limpio, FeSi Leap™ uses 100 per cent biocarbon reductants instead of fossil carbon sources and runs on renewable hydroelectric power, resulting in an exceptionally low CO₂ footprint.
